Sensei Mirrione is a 30+ year karate instructor who began training at 8 and was bullied himself. “When kids learn to give, they believe in themselves, when they believe in themselves, they love themselves and now there’s far less interest in hurting others," he says referencing his Harmony Power Foundation--a non-profit created specifically to help stem the bullying crisis. John was the first to bring traditional karate into high-end health clubs in NYC (Vertical Club & Reebok Club) & his work continues to have a massive impact around the country.
