Barbara Safani knows what it's like to search for a job and to hire people for one. She used to look through job applications as part of her old job, and she's been through the stress of sending out her own resume too.
When Barbara needed a job herself, she had to redo her resume, sell herself, and figure out the job market just like anyone else.
From going through all of this, she learned a ton and quickly realized that her skills as a recruiter could be extremely helpful to others.
Barbara now spends her time heading up Career Solvers . . . a group focused on helping people who may be transitioning in their careers or looking for a new position.
