Jim Stallman loves creative, open-ended play, and that passion led him into the pet industry. Using his knowledge of materials like nylon, he saw opportunities to create new kinds of pet products.
He learned how to add things like vitamins, minerals, and CBD into products and developed his own tools and molding systems to move faster. One product, Crunchum’s, turns a water bottle into a crunchy dog toy.
Jim says he is always chasing new ideas and better ways to innovate. For him, kids and pets are not only meaningful industries, they are also the most fun.
