Ania Wysocka, reaching the end of her time at university, a period that should be full of joy and looking forward to the future.
Suddenly, she has a sudden rush of fear, something she's always linked to high stress but never personally felt. Ania rushes to the emergency room, hoping to understand what's happening, but the doctor is too busy to explain properly.
The doctor says, "You're okay, go home," which doesn't ease her worry. Not understanding what's going on makes Ania even more scared, a common reaction when having a panic attack for the first time.
Dealing with this becomes too much for Ania, and she feels powerless and frightened. It's only when she starts learning how to handle panic attacks that she realizes there should be an easy solution available.
Ania thinks, "I always have my phone, why not have something useful there?" And that's how she gets the idea for an app.
