30 Minute HIT initially started in 2004 as a small idea that took hold in a "traditional" MMA gym. Now with 71 brick & mortar locations in Canada and the USA, it was, "Initially an experiment to see if people would get results and become attracted to the program. It kind of exploded and then we knew we had something really sustainable and we could grow," says Jackson Loychuk, Co-Founder.
