At ATP, they focus on the wellbeing of all employees health before they need medical treatment.

They step into the shoes of manufacturing clients, working alongside their engineering teams to understand the people behind the production lines.

People come in all sizes though! So while they strive to design lines as ergonomically friendly as possible for the majority, you also have to consider the 6'5" guy or gal, or the petite person who needs adaptive equipment or some sort of accommodation.

They then take it a step further by creating job descriptions based on how the movement should be performed, ensuring that when managers or trainers are instructing the employees, they're delivering tangible items, even if they're not that professional person.
