Our guest Dom D'Alexander from Somble, was initially a "finance guy," dealing in hedge funds and currencies in NYC.

For him it was intellectually stimulating, sure, but it wasn't his real passion. That turned out to be in his hobbies, in well-being and fitness.

Then, in March 2020, the wellness industry, like many others, was thrown into chaos. His best friend, now Co-Founder starts telling him about how someone made $900 from a single Zoom class.

They both start to wonder: What if consumers could have direct access to wellness coaches? What if they could have a personalized experience, without the middleman of gyms, studios, and brands? That's the spark that ignites these entrepreneurial flame, leading them down a path of building a team and rolling out their initial products.
