Managing growth and managing people can be a delicate balancing act.
Last year, we put our model to the test, almost doubling in size, yet we managed to maintain the consistent experience that our patrons have come to expect from a Mighty studio.
The key to our success?
An inclusive environment where a warm, welcoming face is the first thing you see, not technology.
We believe in personal connections, in tours that guide you through our studio, and in teachers who understand how to move with your body.
This approach sometimes means we open with a full schedule, thanks to our qualified teachers, but at other times, we need to initiate a teacher training program right away.
Why?
Because we've surveyed the market and found that there aren't enough teachers trained to the level we require in our studios.
But we've found a balance, and we've developed a model that allows us to identify those with a natural interest or talent and train them in the proper way.
