They had to work together to manage stress, and they needed to work together to care for the sick.
In the business world, the pandemic brought on a new perspective for everyone. Team members who were displaced and could no longer do the function they did before, needed to reinvent themselves.
As a leader, letting folks find their place to shine is crucial.
Remember the old expression, “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go further then go together.”
