There's no denying that having a personal fitness trainer can be a major game-changer when it comes to achieving your fitness goals.

But if you want to keep your MVP fitness trainer, you need to treat them well and pay them well.

Here are a few things to keep in mind if you want to maintain a good relationship with your trainer:

First and foremost, remember that your trainer is a human being with their own needs and wants, just like you. So be respectful and considerate towards them at all times.

Secondly, be punctual and consistent with your scheduled sessions - no-shows and last-minute cancellations will not only frustrate your trainer, but it'll also set you back in reaching your goal.

For Gym owners and managers, these steps become tenfold. As we have mentioned above the perspective of an individual with their relationship to their trainers, it is clear that business is being driven by your trainers. They are the boots on the ground, and they have the most human connection with your clients.

If you lose your trainers, you lose clients.
